Kaizen Football Academies are New Zealands answer to emerging talent in New Zealand Football.
The Kaizen Football Academies have been designed to promote ‘continuous improvement’ in football. Founded to produce World Class Players.
Stu Jacobs, former New Zealand Olympic team coach and former All White, is the leader and founder of Kaizen Football. Along with Stu being Director, the academy has the great help of fellow coach and former All White Chris Zoricich.
In shaping the player of the future, Kaizen Football will provide the tools and training for players to learn about physical and technical aspects of the game as well as warm ups, cooling down, nutrition, rest and recovery etc. Aerobic and anaerobic systems become fully developed and can be trained accordingly. Body-weight strength training and over-all strength development will be optimized during this phase.
Kaizen Football is also in an exclusive partnership with the Crystal Palace Football Club in the UK, which will provide many opportunities for talented young individuals.

Initially Kaizen Football consisted of just one academy based in Wellington, called Capital Kaizen. As they started to grow, they found their original website was just not going to work for their needs.
When discussing their options with JR Web Design, they found a website network was ultimately what was needed, which also adds to accomodate many future academies likely to be part of the Kaizen Football brand.
An all new main website was developed to be the main point of call. From here, links for all the individual academies take users to their respective sub-websites.
All the sites cater to keep their players, students, parents and visitors up to date on a personal basis with their own academies, as well as spreading the word around the Kaizen Football community where needed.
Kaizen Football being in a stage of great success and rapid growth, are using JR Web Design on an on-going basis to develop further websites, logo design and branding, various printing material as well as many other technical solutions.
